1/2 cups chopped onion
1 cup kernel corn
2 cups boiling water
1tbsp chopped green pepper
1/2 cup diced potatoes
1 1/2 tsp salt
pepper
1cup condensed milk ( unsweetened )

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in 1 tbsp of butter in a deep pot. Add boiling water. Add potatoes and green peppers. Cover and cook slowly for 15-20 min. until veg's are tender. Add corn, salt, pepper, and milk. Cook until it begins to boil again. Remove from heat and enjoy.
