2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 #2 can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
FROSTING:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 TB oleo, softened
1 lb. box powdered sugar
3 TB vanilla
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Stir in pineapple, eggs and vanilla. Add pecans and blend. Pour into 10x15 greased pan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes until done. For frosting, mix cream cheese and oleo. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread on warm cake and sprinkle with nuts.
