1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 pounds potatoes, cut into chunks
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 450º.

Dump all ingredients into a large plastic bag. Close bag and shake until evenly coated.

Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve when potatoes are tender and golden brown.
