1 - 8.5 oz. box Jiffy yellow corn bread mix
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked & cubed
3 ribs celery, chopped
2 small onions, chopped
1 can Cream of Celery Soup, undiluted
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
1-16 oz. jar mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients in large iron skillet or 13 x 9 in. baking dish. Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight. Uncover & bake at 350º for 50 minutes or until baked through.
