Ingredients:  
shredded lettuce
1 - (10oz.) can refried beans
1/2 pkg. taco mix
1 cup (8oz.) sour cream
1 - (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 - (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
1 large fresh tomato
2 avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
chopped fresh onion
1 &1/2 cups (6oz.) grated cheddar or monterey cheese

Directions:

Mix refried beans and taco mix together. Drain chilies and olives. Dice tomato. Peel and mash the avocado- stir in lemon juice and some diced tomato or picante sauce (optional). Layer in order given. Chill.
