1 C sugar
1/2 C water
Crushed ice
Limes
Gingerale

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and water and heat to boiling to make a syrup. Remove syrup from heat and allow to cool. (You can keep the syrup in the fridge for days and use it whenever you're ready). Pour a couple of tablespoons of syrup into each glass. Add crushed ice (to fill about half the glass). Squeeze half a time into glass and leave lime in glass. Pour gingerale to fill glass and stir well.

This is just a fun and refreshing drink...great for entertaining a few friends. I love to serve them with...you guessed it...the Yucatan Pork dinner. :)
