Bottom Layer;
1 c. flour, 1/2 c. chopped nuts,1 Tabs sugar, 1 stick butter
Spread in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350F for 10-15 min. cool.

2nd layer
8 oz. Cream cheese, 1 c. pwd sugar, 1/2 carton whip cream
Spread on 1st layer when cooled

3rd layer
Prepare 2 boxes of instant pudding of choice with 3 c. milk.
Pour on top of cream cheese mix. Let set

4th layer
Top with remaining whip cream
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Chill for a couple hours
