Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Pork Loin or Pork Roast
2 - 8oz cans El Pato Tomato Sauce
3 cans regular Tomato Sauce
1 3/4 cup Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork in crock pot on low for 8 hours. Drain pork and shred. Heat tomato sauces and brown sugar on stovetop, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Pour some sauce over pork and stir.

Assemble burritos with whatever you like...pork, black beans, cheese, rice. Fold up tortilla and top with sauce and grated cheese. Broil burritos until melted and crispy. I broil them individually for 2-4 people. It just takes a minute in the oven for the cheese to get brown and bubbly. Or you can assemble a whole pan full of burritos, top them all with sauce and cheese and broil them together.

You can also make a fabulous salad with the same pork, rice, beans, cheese, and add avocado, tomatoes, and anything else you like with the Green Tomatillo Dressing recipe.
