4 slices bacon
1 chopped onion
1/2 lbs mushrooms
1/2 lbs boneless beef
1/2 lbs boneless pork
1/2 lbs polish sausage
1 apple
1 can beef broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 bay leaf
3 cups sourkrout

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into 1" pieces and fry about 3 minutes. Add onion and cook until onion is transparent. Cut beef and pork into 1" cubes and slice sausage into 1" pieces. Add sliced mushrooms, beef, pork and sausage to the onion pan - stir after each addition. Now add the apple that has been peeled and diced. Stir. Add broth, wine, paprika, salt and bay leaf. Layer sourkrout over the top. Cook covered for approximately 1 hour until meat is tender.
