1 Large Onion, Chopped Fine
1/3 c. Bacon Drippings
2 1/2 c. Tomatoes, chopped
1 c. Cornmeal
1 lb. Ground Meat, Pork or Beef
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. Canned Corn

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onion in drippings until brown. Add tomatoes. When mixture boils add cornmeal slowly, stirring constantly. Cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add meat, seasonings, eggs, and corn. Blend. Turn into well-greased loaf pan. Bake: 375º Time: 45 Minutes.

Turn on to platter and serve with following sauce:

1 T. Salad Oil, 2 T. minced onion, 1 Can condensed Tomato Soup, 1/2 c. Minced stuffed Olives. Heat oil and add onion. Brown slightly. Add tomato soup and bring to boil. Add olives and serve at once.
