4-5 Slices Stale Bread
1/2 c. Coconut
2 Squares Baking Chocolate
2-3 c. Milk, depending on bread
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bread and cut into 1" cubes. Place in buttered 2 qt. casserole, alternately with coconut. Melt chocolate in scalding milk. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Combine with chocolate mixture. Pour over bread. Bake uncovered.
Bake: 350º Time: 1 1/2 Hours
