1-1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
3 ribs chopped celery (including tops)
4 sliced carrots
4 cubed potatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 - 8oz can tomato or V8 juice
Dash of garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Line casserole with ground beef. Layer in order of green pepper, onion, celery.

Pour and spread cream of mushroom soup over top. Add carrots, potatoes and sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Pour tomato or V8 juice over top. Bake at 350º for 2 hours.
