1 lb Stewing Chicken
1-1/2 lbs Stewing Beef
1 lb Pork Back Bones
2 qts water
2 T salt
2 T Dry Red Pepper
1 cup cubed potatoes
1 cup green beans
1 cup peas
1 cup lima beans (yuk!)
1 cup whole kernel corn
1-1/2 cups chopped onion
2 lg canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp pepper
1/3 cup margarine
tabasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken, beef and pork in a covered pot filled with salted water. After meat is tender (about 2 hours), remove all bones. Strain broth and add remaining ingredients (except tabasco). Simmer for 2-1/2 hours. Add tabasco to taste before serving.
