2 sticks soft butter
1-2 c. favorite jam
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in flour. Shape dough into a smooth ball, wrap and refrigerate over night or up to a week. When ready to bake, remove dough from refrigerator 30 minutes before using. Heat oven to 375º. Roll out chilled dough until thin. Cut with a round 3-4 inch cookie cutter. Place a spoonful of jam in the center. Moisten edges with water. Fold in half and press edges together (may use a fork) Bake 15-20 minutes. Cool a few minutes. Roll in cin/sugar mix, or you may sprinkle with powdered sugar.
