1 1/2 c. crushed Oreos (18)
8- 1oz. squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled
2 TB. melted butter
3 eggs
3 pkg. 8oz. cream cheese, soft
whip cream or cool whip
1 c. sugar
assorted fruit-kiwi, strawberries (opt.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325º. Mix crushed cookies and butter, press into pan. Bake 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with mixer. Add chocolate, mix well. Add eggs one at a time on low and blend. Pour over crust. Bake 45-55 minutes or until center is almost set. Run a knife around pan to loosen cake. Cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Top with whipped cream and fruit.
