4 lb Bone-in Pork Tenderloin
12 oz can 7-Up or Sprite
1 can Pineapple Chunks or Rings
1 C Water

Directions:
Directions:
Place the pork in a roasting pan. Place the water in the bottom of the pan. Pour the 7-Up over the pork. Pour the pineapple juice over the pork. Place some of the pineapple on the pork and the rest in the liquid on the bottom. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours (approx. 20 minutes per pound).
