1 Medium Onion, Minced
1/4 tsp. Celery Seed
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1-2 Cups Water

Directions:
Use skillet large enough to accommodate fish fillets. Add enough water to fill skillet to halfway mark. Combine remaining ingredients and boil 1 minutes. Add fish and cover. Simmer until fish flakes with fork. Serve hot with your favorite fish sauce or cold with dressing.
