3 lbs. Ground Chuck,1/2 medium onion chopped
1/2 Bell Pepper chopped, 1 tlbs. Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup Ketchup. 2 slices bread,1/4 cup milk, Garlic salt to taste, 1 egg, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 cup
Ketchup for top of meat loaf. Pre heat oven to 450
F

Soak bread in 1/4 cup milk, then mix with meat, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, Ketchup, Garlic Salt to taste, egg, & salt Mix well
bake in an Iron skillet (10") Cover the top with
Ketchup. It takes about 1/4 cup Ketchup to do
this. It could take a little more. Bake about 45 min.
or until done in center.
