Asian Coleslaw Recipe

Coleslaw Mixture:
chopped green onion
1 bag coleslaw mix
1 package crushed raw Ramen noodles (without seasoning packet)
1/2 c. almonds
1/4 c. sesame seeds

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
6 tsp. rice vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients for dressing in a small mixing bowl and set aside. Combine almonds and sesame seeds in small microwavable dish. Toast in microwave for 4-5 minutes, stirring every minute. In medium sized serving bowl combine the green onions, coleslaw mix, and Ramen noodles. Add toasted sesame seeds and almonds. Pour dressing over coleslaw mixture and toss together.
