3 pounds lean Beef
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
3-4 tablespoon ketchup
½ teaspoon hickory smoke salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend seasoning and pour over meat strips. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Stir or tun pieces during marinating time. Drains strip and dry. I found that round steak cut while partly frozen works best, trim all the fat possible.
