5-6 med. potatoes, sliced thin
2 1/2 cups milk
3 TB flour
3 TB butter
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
Large rectangular glass dish (Pyrex style)
Pan spray

Directions:
Directions:
Spray glass dish with nonstick spray. Layer potato slices and chopped onions in dish. On stove over med. heat, melt butter into flour and mix. Remove pan from heat. Slowly pour in milk, stirring constantly until thick. If sauce does not thicken, add another TB of flour AND butter. When you reach desired thickness, pour in grated cheese and stir until melted. Pour sauce over potatoes and place in oven, covered, for 30 min. Remove cover and return to oven for 60 min. or until potatoes are cooked through. Remove from oven andlet stand for 20 min., uncovered. Bake at 375º.
