2 TB oleo
2 TB. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheese
2 cups cooked, cubed potatoes
1/2 onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and cube. Melt oleo; blend in flour, salt and milk gradually. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese; remove from heat. Place potatoes in greased baking dish; cover with sauce. Bake at 400º for 30-40 min.
