600g Mince
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 bottle of tomato salsa
1 bag of fresh baby spinach (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
6-10 Tortillas
grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and mince, add taco seasoning and half of bottle of salsa. Cut tortillas in half. In rectangular baking dish, layer mince, spinach and tortillas (cut edge of tortilla to the outer edge of dish). After final layer of tortillas, top with remaining salsa and grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven until brown.
