1 ½ cups lukewarm milk
½ cup lukewarm water
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 packages yeast
2 eggs (room temperature)
½ cup soft shortening
7 to 7 ½ cups all purpose or bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Stir in milk, eggs and shortening. Add flour, using the amount necessary to make dough easy to handle. Knead dough until smooth. Allow to rise until doubled. Punch down and shape into balls.
In the center of each, place pepperoni (sliced or sticks), American cheese and enclose with dough. Place in greased pan and allow to rise until doubled. Bake in 425 degree oven until done…12 to 20 minutes. The time will depend upon size of rolls.
