3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1Tbsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
2 10-oz packages of sliced strawberries, thawed
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar. Add eggs, oil and strawberries. Add 1 cup nuts and combine gently. Pour batter into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool before slicing. If strawberries are quite sweet, you may want to reduce the sugar to taste.
