Blueberry Bread Recipe

Mix together:
* 4 Cups Flour
* 1 Cups Sugar
* 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
* 2 Teaspoon Salt
* 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

In a Separate Bowl
Mix Together:
* 2 Eggs
* 1 Cups Orange Juice
* 4 Tablespoons Oil
* 3 Teaspoons Orange Peel (optional)

Fold mixed liquids into flour mix.
* Add in 4 Cups of Blueberries. ( I have used frozen , It adds to the cooking time though)

Mix together for Topping:
Cup Sugar
Cup Flour
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
Cup Melted Butter

Makes two large loaves or 1 loaf and 12 muffins. Put topping on before it goes into the oven @ 350 for 50 minutes.
Muffins take ~ 20 minutes
