1 lb ground pork
1 pkg stove top stuffing mix for chicken
¾ cup cranberry sauce
1 egg
¼ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 Brown meat and drain. Combine with dry stuffing mix in a large bowl.
Stir cranberry sauce, egg and 1 cup water. Shape into 16 balls. Place balls on foil covered baking sheets, brush balls with melted butter.

Prepare ( without baking) and freeze these savory stuffing balls up to a month before you need them, Thaw in fridge when needed and bake as directed.
