4 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
1/2 lb. thinly sliced salami
1/2 lb. thinly sliced deli ham
1/2 lb. thinly sliced pepperoni -- can be prepackaged
1/2 lb. thinly sliced provolone cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated romano or parmesan cheese -- I use parmesan
1 TB garlic powder
1 TB dried oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1. Let dough rise until doubled, according to pkg. directions. Punch down. Roll each loaf into a 15x12" rectangle. Arrange a fourth of the salami, ham, pepperoni & provolone cheese over each rectangle. Sprinkle each with a fourth of the cheeses & seasonings.
2. Roll up each jelly roll style. Seal seams and ends. Place seam side down on two greased baking sheets. Brush with egg yolk.
3. Bake at 375º for 25 to 30 min. or until golden brown. Let sit for 5 min. before slicing. Serve warm.
