CREAM UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY:

1 cup oleo
1 1/2 cups sugar


ADD:

4 eggs, 1 at at time, beating after each.



SIFT TOGETHER:
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
scant tsp. salt



MIX WITH ABOVE AND ADD:



1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. strawberry flavoring
1 jar strawberry preserves ( average size jar)

Bake in two loaf pans at 350º for 50 min. or until done.
