Ingredients:  
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 cup flour
1 cup coconut
2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
18 oz. jar apricot preserves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cake mix, flour, coconut and butter.
2. Spread 2/3 of dough in bottom of 9x13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
3. Spread preserves over dough, being careful not to touch sides of pan with preserves.
4. Spread or crumble remaining dough mixture over top of preserves.
5. Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Freezes well.
