2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg or vanilla
French bread or white bread slices

Beat eggs with fork or whisk; mix in remaining ingredients except bread. Spray frying pan with Pam or use a non-stick pan. Heat pan over medium heat. Dip bread slices into mixture and fry until done, turning once. Serve with butter and syrup or powdered sugar.
