2 cups Bisquick baking Mix
2/3 cups mashed cooked squash
(such as Hubbard or butternut)
2 tablespoon butter, softened

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix Bisquick Mix and squash thoroughly. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth-covered board. Knead five times. Roll dough into a 12-inch circle. Spread with butter. Cut into 12 pie-shaped wedges. Roll up each wedge beginning with rounded edges. Place rolls with the points underneath on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
