Gelatin mixture:

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lg. (or 2 pkg. small) Cranberry flavor Jello
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained



Crust:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter



Cream Cheese mixture:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 (8oz.) tubs Cool Whip, thawed, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl until completely dissolved. Stir in cranberry sauce until melted. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate about 1 1/4 hrs. or until slightly thickened. Gently stir in orange segments.
Meanwhile, mix 1/4 c.sugar with butter to dissolve then mix in graham cracker crumbs. Press firmly onto bottom of 9x13" dish. Refrigerate until ready to fill.
Beat cream cheese and 1/4 c. sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in 1 tub of Cool Whip. Spread evenly over crust. Spoon gelatin mixture over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 3 hrs. or until firm. Just before serving, spread or dollop with remaining tub of Cool Whip.
