2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
12 semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup nuts optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa into large bowl. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir by hand until batter is smooth. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts if using. Pour batter into an 8 x12 greased pan. Bake for 30 -33 minutes
