2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (1 stick ) butter
1.2 cup oil
1 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375º. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs for about 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cookies are puffed. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes then remove to wire racks to cool completely
