2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 10 3/4 ounce can beef broth (or veggie broth if making vegetarian)
1 lb. boneless sirloin steak strips (or fake meat strips for vegetarian)
2/3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
8 ounces slice mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
1 10 3/4 can cream of mushroom soup
cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until juices evaporate, stirring often. Remove meat and add onions to skillet and cook until translucent. If using fake meat, start with cooking onions. Add soup, broth, worchestershire, ketchup, mushrooms, and meat. Heat to a simmer and cook about 15 minutes, stirring often. Add sour cream. Heat through. Serve over hot noodles.
