2 cans crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage - hot or mild, browned and drained
2 - 8 oz pkgs. cream cheese

Directions:
Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Brown sausage and drain really good. Mix cream cheese and sausage together.

Spray bottom of 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Spread one can of crescent rolls on bottom of pan to make a crust.

Spread cream cheese and sausage mixture evenly on crescent rolls. Top with other can of crescent rolls, covering all of the mixture.

Brush with egg wash to make the pastry a beautiful golden brown or spray lightly with Pam.

Bake at 350º for about 15-20 minutes.
