Walking Taco Recipe

1 can refried beans
2 avocados
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup chopped onions (I use green onions)
1/2 can sliced olives
2 tomoatoes, chopped fine
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Taco chips

Spread refried beans on bottom of dish, mix avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and spread on top of refried beans. Next mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning together and spread on top of avocado, add onion, olives, tomatoes and then grated cheese in that order. Place chips around the border for decorations and serve the remaining chips in a bowl.
