6 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup sesame seeds (optional)
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)

Mix all ingredients

Stir in and coat thoroughly with the following:

1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp. vanilla

Spread on cookie sheet (greased with Pam) and bake at 350 for 18 minutes
