Fresh Spinach roughly chopped
Ricotta
Salt and Pepper
1 Egg
Flour
Tin Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Spinach and drain. Add ricotta, salt and pepper and 1 beaten egg. Roll into balls and coat in flour. Cook in gently boiling water.

Serve with white sauce or tomato sauce.
