2 cups flour
2 T. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1 1/2 cups low fat buttermilk
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 egg whites
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center. Combine buttermilk, butter and egg whites, stirring with a whisk. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until smooth. Spread batter into a 8x4" loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack. Remove from pan and cool completely on the rack.
