1 Gallon Sliced Cucumbers
8 Medium Onions, Sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
1/2 Cup Salt, (Without Iodine)
Ice
5 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
2 Tablespoons Mustard Seeds
2 Teaspoons Celery Seeds
5 Cups Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Salt cucumbers, onions and bell pepper for 2 hours over ice. Drain. Bring sugar, turmeric, mustard seeds, celery seeds and vinegar to a boil. Add Cucumbers, onions, and bell pepper to hot liquid and bring to another boil. Remove from heat. Jar and seal.
