2 avocados
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
crushed red pepper to taste {optional}
1 diced tomato
1/2 diced white onion
2-3 heaping Tbsp sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mash the avocados with a fork, add spices, diced tomato, diced onion and sour cream. Chill for about an hour before serving to blend well.

If you do not like your guacamole chunky, then you can run this through a food processor to make it smoother. Also leave one of the avocado pits in the finished dip to keep it fresher longer.
