1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream, whipped till stiff peaks form. Set aside in refrigerator.

8 oz cream cheese, room temp.
8 oz marscapone cheese, room temp
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 c confectioners sugar, sifted

Directions:
Directions:
In mixer, mix cream cheese and marscapone until smooth. Add vanilla and confectioners sugar and mix till smooth.

Gently fold the whipped cream in two stages.

If the frosting is thin, refrigerate until thickened up. Great on Red Velvet Cake.
