1 (3 oz.) package cram cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip (or lite Cool Whip)
1 (8 inch) graham cracker crust or 1 prepared pie crust
1/3 chopped peanuts

Whip cream cheese until fluffy, then beat in the sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add the milk, blending well. Fold he Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture and spoon this into the pie crust. Sprinkle with peanuts.

If you like PB this is the pie for you. Again, thank you Paula Deen. This is very rich. I like it best in a prepared pie crust instead of the graham cracker crust. You could also skip the crust all together and put in small individual serving dishes. This is my favorite pie in the whole world.
