2 c. self-rising flour
2 sticks butter, room temp.
1 c. sour cream (or light sour cream)

Preheat oven to 400º
Mix flour and butter together; add sour cream, and blend well. Place spoonfuls of batter in greased miniature muffin pans. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden.
