1 whole chicken breast (split fryer)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, mild or sharp
Pepper (to taste)
1 dash of Hot Sauce (optional)

In a saucepan combine chicken, onion,celery and 1/2 c. water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Remove chicken; when chicken is cool enough to handle, pull off meat and chop. Discard skin and bones. Return chopped/cut chicken to broth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Add pepper and hot sauce to your taste. (optional)
