1 Box lemon cake mix 1 C. apricot nectar
1/4 C. sugar 4 eggs
2/3 C. oil
Topping: 1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
1/2 C. apricot nectar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into bundt pan. Bake at 350º for 45-50 min. Take from oven, leave heat on. Punch holes about 1 inch apart with ice pick or sturdy two-tined fork. Spread topping on top and return to oven for 5 min. Cool on cake rack for 20 min. Invert on cake rack and with 2nd cake rack, invert again so top of cake will be upright.
