1 qt. strawberries. 9-inch baked pie shell
1 C. water 2 T. cornstarch
1 C. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt
few drops of red food color
1 T. strawberry jello
Directions:
Directions:
Place strawberries in 9-inch baked pie shell. Combine water, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and food color in a saucepan. Boil until clear. Remove from heat. Add 2 T. strawberry jello. Cook. Pour over berries.
