1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup white syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp Anise extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9 x 9 pan with buttered foil, set aside.

Melt butter in a heavy sauce pan over low heat, add sugar, milk, syrup and salt. Cook stirring constantly until candy reaches 244º. Add nuts and pour into prepared pan. Keep sealed tightly as it dries out easily. Cut into individual pieces and wrap tightly in was paper
